Mask are no longer mandatory but optional and also at my own request. If you are visibly ill at your appointment it will be subject to an automatic cancellation/reschedule.

No additional guests are allowed at your time of service. Please arrive with your hair detangled and easy to maneauver. Due to schedule constraints, If your hair is not thoroughly detangled a $35 fee will be assessed and or your appointment may be subject to reschedule/cancellation. All appointment fees will be rendered.

If you would like to make your reservation a silent appointment please text (469) 794-6567 lighting in salon suite can be adjusted upon request.

There is a 4% fee for all card processing, may vary based on the type of card used. If you would like to avoid card processing fees please bring the remaining balance of your appointment in cash or zelle. Please note that deposit does not include processing fee and will be added back to service total.

There are packaged services and a la carte items;. Meaning there is a charge for each service. In the case of anything being added at your time of service( if time allots), that was not previously booked, additional service cost will be added on to the service total. All appointment service deposits are non refundable.

In the event you need to cancel please contact me ASAP by text. There are no online cancellations within 80 hours of your appointment time. Should you need to reschedule, deposit paid may be transferred once only within 10 days. If rescheduling more than once, a rescheduling fee will be automatically applied and the original deposit will be forfeited, full service cost will be due. In the event I cannot charge your card on file, the appointment will automatically be cancelled with or without instructions to rebook.

Shop fees will be assessed at my own discretion. Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to 50% of service booked if rescheduling, If not 100% of service is due. If payment is not rendered you will no longer be able to book at Tresses Too Impress. No shows are subject to 100% of services booked and/ or additional fees at my own discretion, and will not be able to rebook. There will be a $50 late fee applied if late more than 10 minutes to your scheduled appointment time, in which case your appointment is also subject to an automatic reschedule or cancellation.

I will not give monetary refunds. In the rare event there is a concern with your hair after your service that has not been previously discussed, you have 24 hours from the date and time of your service to contact me. Actions to move forward will be discussed.
